The student username for Office 365 is their firstname.lastname###@students.cmcss.net. The ### is the last 3 numbers of their PowerSchool/Lunch Number. The portion before the @ symbol can only have 20 characters. It can be found in PowerTeacher by going to the backpack icon and viewing the student's Demographics page.
The student username for Discovery Education in our district is "CMC.######" The ###### is their whole PowerSchool/Lunch Number.
The passwords for both are capitalized first initial, capitalized last initial, and the last 4 numbers of their state-issued student PIN. The State-issued Student PIN number can be found in PowerTeacher by going to the Printer icon in the same row as the attendance and backpack icons, and clicking the drop-down menu to view Student PIN report. It will print the full 9-digit PIN. Only the last 4 numbers are needed for the password.

Before connecting to the server, make your file’s name internet friendly.
Use only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
Remove blank spaces and special characters in the name.
Leave the extension on the end of the file name, such as .docx or .jpg.
Connect to server (staff.cmcss.net/users)
Click on Websites folder.
After the names have shown, navigate to your folder named firstname.lastname.
Using the COPY command from the EDIT menu on your computer, copy the file/content you want to share on the internet. Reminder - Website addresses don’t have spaces in the addresses, so save the file with no spaces in the name because the file’s name becomes part of its web address
Click on your folder in the Websites folder of the server, then choose PASTE from the EDIT menu to add your file to the server.
The file/content is now available to the internet. It can be accessed by an address with the following pattern.
